Creative Problem Solving

This half-day workshop equips participants with a seven-step process for solving problems in operational environment. Workshop members will learn time-tested methods of measuring and displaying data in a way that facilitates understanding and insight into root causes and creative solutions.

Thought-provoking exercises, discussions, and applications will enable participants to capture the key principles and master the basic process of solving operational problems.

In this workshop participants will:

• Clarify and agree on key definitions
