A Place Where People Feel Empowered and Want to Do Their Best
This full-day workshop contains presentation, videos, case studies, exercises, discussion, and even debate. Over the course of the day, participants will wrestle with critical questions about organizational culture: What is it? What is its role in motivating a healthy and productive workforce? What makes culture good or bad? Can the culture of a department, division, or even team be different from that of the larger corporation, and, if so, to what extent? How is culture created, sustained, and changed? What is the role of leadership in culture development?
In this workshop participants will:
- Develop a clear understanding of what organizational culture is
- Develop comprehensive insight into the attributes that make a culture strong or weak, positive or negative
- Develop an understanding of their role as leaders in developing a culture as well as the specific tools, processes, and principles for creating a healthy one
- Learn specific processes through which they can diagnose or evaluate the state of their own organizational cultures
