The organizations of the early 21st Century exist in a world of rapid, discontinuous change. A world in which the only constant is change itself and the only confidence is that the pace and scope of change will continue to increase.

Not every organization will succeed or even survive in such an environment. Many are discovering that when things “out there” are changing faster than thing in here, there seeds of their demise are being sown.

Highly adaptive organizations thrive in change. They possess the organizational culture and capabilities that allow them to quickly adapt to change grasping the emerging opportunities while avoiding the threats.

Triaxia’s Organizational Change Profile helps clients to measure their culture and capabilities against the attributes of highly adaptive organizations allowing them to quickly identify areas that need to be strengthened in order to be more effective in changing environments.

The Organizational Change Profile will:

  • Show how your organization measures up to the attributes of a Highly Adaptive Organization
  • Highlight organizational strengths and weaknesses, in both capabilities and culture as they relate to change
  • Provide a detailed explanation around the critical-few attributes that need to be strengthened


A Unique Model for Better Understanding

The Change Profile is organized around a unique model that integrates organizational capabilities and culture. You will be able to position your organization on this model which organizes the summary responses from your profile into four broad categories:

  • Culture-challenged (strong capabilities, weak culture)
  • Capabilities-challenged (weak capabilities, strong culture)
  • Change-challenged (weak capabilities, weak culture)
  • Highly adaptive organization (strong capabilities, strong culture)


Overview

Triaxia’s Change Profile Overview provides a high level look at how respondents rate each of the ten change factors. This overview allows readers to quickly identify the highs and lows and begin to focus attention to the essential issues that will have the greatest impact on the organization going forward.


Complete and Customized

Change Profile Detail

A detail report provides detailed rater responses for each organizational change factor and its supporting descriptors. Each page highlights the statistical data for each descriptor.

Results Presented Your Way

Client specific demographic information allows your corporate managers to view the data from various perspectives (e.g., tenure, location, function, organizational level, etc).

Web-based, Global, Multiple Languages

As with all Triaxia surveys, diagnostics, and assessments, we administer the Profile electronically via the web using secure, proprietary, and password protected software. Also, we have administered this Profile around the world in many languages and at the client’s request, consolidated a multiple language survey into a single English language report.
